Budget Protein Microwave Mug Cake *HEALTHY & LOW CALORIE*

I have a big sweet tooth. I also want to have steady energy levels AND stay ripped. Why spend a fortune on desserts, shakes, or “protein ice cream” marketed as fitness and weight loss tools? Enjoy this no-nonsense, budget-friendly recipe that is healthy AND YUMMY!
For the cake:
🍰1/2 of chopped apple (pumpkin, banana, zucchini, carrot, peach, or sweet potato puree work also! Something to get the fiber content up)
🍰dash of cinnamon (optional)
🍰pinch of salt
🍰3 tablespoons of vanilla greek yogurt (regular works as well)
🍰2/3 a serving of protein powder (20g) (may use up to 35g)
🍰1 tablespoon of almond, coconut, or all-purpose flour
🍰pinch of baking soda

For the toppings:
🍫1/3 cup of greek vanilla yogurt
🍫1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
🍫2 tablespoons of protein powder of choice (peanut butter, strawberry, chocolate or vanilla flavor)
🍫1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
🍫blackberries (or other fruit)
🍫chopped peanuts or almonds
