BREAKFAST MUFFINS! High protein, ZERO carb

Back with another recipe and this time it’s a breakfast muffin.

I know a lot of people will struggle with breakfast in that it’s usually a meal eaten in a rush whilst running to work so why not instead just have something like these muffins ready to go in the fridge so you can just grab and go, gettin some sort of protein into you and allowing you to save some calories for when you actually have time to sit down and enjoy a proper meal.

20g low fat cheese
150g egg whites
2 whole eggs
80g deli meat.

Macros per muffin (makes 4 muffins)
15g protein
5g fat*
-0.5g carbs

*fat can be reduced if you have access to fat FREE cheese
