Bodybuilding Snacks- Quick High Protein, low calorie yoghurt and berries!

Here is a quick bodybuilding snack I made up, its great if you need to hit those macro’s late at night and you don’t have much time to prepare anything. It’s easy to modify and you can change it up to suit you. Apologies for the low quality audio, this was filmed late and night and there were other people asleep in the house.
