(sorry in advance if the grams to cup conversion is a little off)
240gm or 2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder (for thickening – optional)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/8th teaspoon sea salt
650ml or 2.75 cups non-dairy milk
100ml or 0.5 cup applesauce
Mix dry ingredients first then add moist ingredients. Mix well.
Heat pan well before putting first pancake in the pan.
After you put the first pancake in reduce heat to medium.
