ok, i was duped to watching this. it says the "best snacks" to get shredded. there was only ONE snack!!!! i was tricked into watching a workout video! damn you all to hell!!!!! but, you guys do seem pretty cool. dont take yourselves too seriously. i respect that.
hi buff dude you are not logical haahah. you said two or three times that if I want a quick snack I should make sweet potato crisps then you proceed to spend 30 minutes, more? washing peeling AND prepping the potatoes AND then spend 90 minutes in the oven + five minutes cool down. does not sound quick to me cool dude? maybe not so cool, with your math ability or lack thereof has brought you up to the warm range..
Healthy food stuff is useful. I can be a bit lazy/too busy when it comes to cooking. This seems easy.
