Baked Fish- Low Calorie Meal for Calorie Conscious|| Ep 12

Baked Fish is a low calorie meal . Adding some salad will enrich your meal .

Ingredients

Tilapia fish. 100 g
Oil. 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper powder. 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder or paste. 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice. 1 tsp

Bake for 25 min in 350 F or 180 C
