Apple Maple Breakfast Sausages

If I did my math right each serving is approximately:
169 calories
2.25g Fat
25.4g Sodium
8.5g Carbs
2.3g Fiber
2g Sugar
25g Protien

Serves 4
Dry Ingredients:
1 Cup VWG
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1 packet Stevia in the Raw
1/4 Cup Crushed Dried Apples

Wet Ingredients:
2 tbls Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/2 tbls Veggie Oil
1/2 tbls Liquid smoke
Place wet ingredients in a 1 cup measure and fill the rest up with water.

After they are wrapped in foil and plastic cling, simmer for 45 minutes.
