-15 g whey isolate
-5 g Splenda
-1.8 g baking powder
-120 g apple sauce
-60 g egg whites
Preheat the pan to medium heat and use a tablespoon to pour the batter onto the heated pan. Cook for 15-30 seconds or until bubbles are formed on top.
Flip and repeat the prior steps until the batter is finished.
