-15 g whey isolate
=15 g all-purpose flour
-25 g cocoa powder
-10 g Splenda
-2.3 g baking soda
MIX
Wet Ingredients:
-Large whole egg
-46 g egg whites
-60 g apple sauce
-30 ml sugar-free syrup
MIX
SLOWLY ADD AND MIX IN WET INGREDIENTS
-7.5 g chocolate chips
BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CENTER OF THE BROWNIE LEAVES NO RESIDUE ON A TOOTHPICK
CUT TO THE DESIRED SIZE

Wait but what flavor protein powder? I just ran out of vanilla but I still have a chocolate, the protein used in this video definitely wasn't chocolate. If anyone made these let me know what you guys used .

Looks easy to make and tasty…BUT…the macros you`ve listed is actually 426.5Calories(unles you`ve got a lot of fiber then calories will go lower)…also might reduce calories if you reduce the amout of cocoa(unless you like dark chocolate or it doesn`t taste as good).Still nice recipe

I've made anabolic brownies many times. Never poured in wet ingredients slowly. What is the point? Mine always turned out fine. Granted they different recipes but same general idea

i’m planning on making this recipe myself but is it alright to not add any unsweetened cocoa? my whey isolate is already chocolate flavored and i’m wondering if that would be fine to use by itself.

Altho I made a few adjustments, I substituted apple sauce for banana (I always do that cz I like it better and, well, I don't have apple sauce rn) and I used half casein half whey isolate (helps soo much with the texture). Made a double batch by the way
