AMAZING LOW CALORIE BROWNIE RECIPE | Low Calorie Dessert / Snack for Weight Loss

Hey YouTube. Today, I show you how to make a low calorie brownie that you won’t feel guilty about eating afterwards. Whether you split them up to save for later, or eat the entire thing, one thing for sure is that there will be no guilt in eating these bad boys.

Recipe used in video:
30g or 6 tbs Cocoa Powder
23g or 4 tbs All Purpose Flour
25g or 1 scoop Protein Powder (I recommend chocolate flavor)
4g or 2 tsp Baking Powder
20g-40g Low Calorie Sweetener (I used Stevia)
120g-180g or about 1/2 cup Diet Soda or Sparkling Water
(optional) 14g or 2 tbs No Sugar Added Chocolate Chips

1. Preheat oven to 350F or 180C
2. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until ingredients form uniform mixture
3. Mix diet soda/ sparkling water with dry ingredients and combine until a batter-like consistency is achieved
4. Pour batter into small loaf tray/pan sprayed with a nonstick spray or lined with parchment paper (8×4″ loaf pan recommended)
5. Bake for around 25 minutes or until desired texture; check around 20 minutes to make sure the brownie is cooking properly
6. Take brownie out of the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes
7. Enjoy!
