Hi my wonderfuls. Today I am bringing you the first in my food prepping series to come – as I will be taking you on my journey whilst I try and improve my eating habits and lose some weight. Today focuses on chicken and how you can prep your lunches and dinners for the week in under 10 minutes, with a low cost and producing a delicious filling result.
