5,000 Calories Vegan What I Eat In A Day

I decided to do a 5,000 Calorie challenge just to see if there would be a difference in my body. Making it a little harder, I decided to keep it pretty “clean” consisting of mostly whole foods. The plan accidentally turned out to be gluten free and soy free (with the exception of my coffee creamer.

I know the Calories and Macros are not 100% accurate especially because I did not use a scale to weigh my foods, but I did use online resources and nutritional facts on certain food labels. So there may be discrepancies.

  • Wow, these meals look super healthy, especially because you don’t add much to it or do anything fancy at all, it’s like mostly in its natural state (besides when you steam or process it in whatever way of course, but you get what I mean 🤗)

  • Damn, 4 banana’s 😨😨 the most I add to a smoothie is three, and that’s every once in a while—i also blend it in a big blender, so I don’t get the full calorie benefit! I’m gonna try that smoothie because 700+ calories in one serving is what I need!!

  • I weigh 128 lbs, scared to eat more than one serving of nut butters due to possible PTSD from a horrific day of eating 6 eggs. I don't mind a whole avocado, love my beans, don't like rice, and am allergic to Quinoa. Other than that, been packing in oatmeal and potatoes like a mania.

  • Add some olive oil and avocado oil, extra virgin to your meals during your bulk 3 tablespoons of each will give you roughly 730 calories extra daily, what I do is cut it with apple cider vinegar 2 to 4 tablespoons mixed in with avocados. Healthy fats, evidence based health benefits of avocado oil rich in oleic acid a very healthy fat reduces cholesterol and improves heart health and high in lutein an antioxidant that has benefits for the eyes, enhances the absorption of nutrients. Great for bulking unless you're against consuming oil which some are.

    Look up the Hunza, among the longest living people in the world they do not develop cancer. They consume apricot kernels on a daily basis. If eating seeds was harmful /deadly humankind Never Would Have Made It.     I know this all sounds to Simple But please understand and know that I have no reason to lie to you. Billions upon Billions upon Billions… of Dollars are raised and donated to cancer research Yet cancer rates continue to increase at an Extremely rapid pace.

    I personally consume, on average 4 to 6 Apple's, seeds included and 10 to 15 dried bitter apricot kernels daily. I have consumed 25 apricot kernels all at once with no ill effect.

Once everyone understands that cancer is caused by a Vitamin Deficiency in my opinion, much the same as Scurvy we the Human race will have OUR! POWER Back and begin to fix the other things wrong with this world, for example fruit trees should be planted in Every climate that can sustain them, all parks along all Street mango trees, apple trees, peach, Apricot Etc. Food should be Free! For Everyone. As it stands now we have more than enough to go around More than once enough food for Everyone yet people are starving all over the world for No reason it's Wrong and Disgusting!.

  • OMG… I don't see how in this world anyone could eat this many calories and so much in one day. I definitely couldn't drink the beet and banana drink, gross. For someone just trying to eat healthy but not working out how many calories just to maintain their weight, weight being about 132lbs?
