  • Hi! New subscriber here…I just came across your channel and started watching a few of your videos and I really like your energy/outlook on life and your approach to WW. I am not a member of WW, but am trying to get myself familiar with the process and learning meals and snacks that others have had success with so that I can build up an arsenal and begin my own journey. I think this will be sustainable for me as a way of life and will be a good example to my girls.  Thanks for sharing! 🙂

  • Those roll ups are such a great idea!!!! They look so yummy and look so easy to make. I need to try those chicken nuggets.

  • To save even more time you could purchase the frozen peppers to save on cleaning and chopping time.

  • I love all these recipes. My husband doesn’t ear anything spicy. Not even the sweet peppers. I do cook up a bunch of chicken breast like you do, but in chicken broth and then I add the seasoning I like as I cook. His version is boring 🤪

  • Ohhhh…you got rid of the ranch and breadcrumbs in the buffalo pasta (one of my faves). Great idea. I’m not sure I would miss the ranch and the butter keeps it from drying out. I’ll have to try it next time! Thank you!
