Ingredients
1/4 medium avocado
1 tbsp lime juice
1 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 medium carrot, cut into thin bite-size strips
1/4 small cucumber, cut into thin strips
1/4 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 oz chickpeas
Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice. Spread mixture over the wrap.
Arrange carrot, cucumber, and red pepper strips and chickpeas on top of the avocado mixture, and add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Fold in sides of tortillas and roll up. Cut in half just before serving.
2 Egg and Avocado Tortilla 200 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and grated
1/4 medium avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 whole wheat tortilla
1/4 small green bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
2 leaves romaine lettuce, cut into large strips
1/4 cup white beans
Preparation
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, add the grated egg and combine it with the avocado . Spread mixture over the wrap.
Arrange green pepper strips and white bean on top of the avocado mixture add lettuce and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Fold in sides of tortillas and roll up. Cut in half just before serving.
3 Turkey Tortilla Wrap 300 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 leaves romaine lettuce, cut into large strips
2 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp tomato, chopped
3 oz grilled turkey breast
1 tbsp feta cheese
salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Place 2 lettuce leaves on the wrap , top with onion, tomato, grilled turkey, feta, salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
Fold in sides of tortillas and roll up. Cut in half just before serving.
4 Tortilla Salad Wrap 220 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 oz chickpeas, rinsed
2 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp cucumber, chopped
1 tbsp green olives
4 halved cherry or grape tomatoes
salt and black pepper
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 leaves romaine lettuce, cut into large strips
Preparation
in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Place 2 lettuce leaves on the wrap, add the mixture on top of lettuce leaves.

I made the first one but instead of guacamole I used hummus because we don’t have any avocados 😤 And instead of chickpeas I added salmon because we don’t have chickpeas in my country.
