Preparation
combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 cups babyspinach
1/2 cup canned white beans
salt and black pepper

Preparation
In a large skillet, heat the oil and garlic over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds.
Add the babyspinach, beans, cumin and chili powder.
Stir constantly until the babyspinach fully wilts and the beans cook through, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
