Made the salmon with the glaze and it was amazing!!!! Meal prep is done for the week!!!! I also did the glaze on chicken…. wow!!!
It's 3/2020 so coconut or avocado oil instead of grape-seed oil and monk fruit sweetener or coconut and maple syrup instead of agave.
Bobby, why you would not use parchment paper while you're cooking in the oven??, it will keep cleaner the cooking trays 🙂

That salmon sure looks like farm raised; pale orange with white zebra stripes. Wild is a darker red color and has very thin stripes(less fat).
Im a beginner cook and watching your channel has raised my confidence in the kitchen i been using your recipes and watching your cooking and it helps so thanks in advance.

Citrus glazed salmon is amazing! Beautiful looking, best salmon I ever have made. Also Whole foods nordic salmon is excellent,, still expensive but really good tasting.

Really love how you explain whatever you're doing without taking all day, right?? I was in the middle of oven broiling my 2 wild Atlantic salmon filets, when I decided to search you tube for a quick video, cause I'm like already cooking it!! At least I did start it out skin down (I'm not a pro, but will be soon!) I used good old butter & cut a lemon for juice, and used Lemon Pepper seasoning…..
I hafta admit, mine turned out awesome, cause I already knew not to OVERCOOK salmon, lol. Another live & learn… Also, I didn't know about the skin needing to be dry… But now I do. Sooo….. Off to another tasty treat of my fave dish, Lemon/Butter Salmon Filet….
