3 simple low calorie family meals #Fanta Challenge

#Fanta challenge me to make three delicious family recipes but make them lower in calories, but still as tasty as before. Recipes below:

Banana Bread

1/2 cup of flora cuisine – 4 oz
1/2 cup sugar
6 ripe bananas (about 3 1/3 cup mashed)
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
4 egg whites
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 t. baking soda

Pre heat oven to 170 centigrade and follow instructions in the video!

The other two recipes were not as particular – I find baking a science and you need to get the measurements right.
