Literally just made the PB cup shake with a couple of substitutions. used fairlife milk in lew of almond milk. and also added greek yogurt for more protein and a thickner (no xanthan gum on hand) turned out amazing! Last 3-4 days? I thought after 24 hours the enzymes start breaking up and its no good? If last 3-4 days thats great. I was making 60oz a day in the Vitamixer.

Nice vid. Tip-food processors work way better than blenders for crushing whole veggies, fruits, nuts, grains, etc. and all that smoothie good stuff. Lesson learned the hard way. Good tip on the bottles, thanks. I normally just make mine fresh on workout days.
