In today’s video I’m going to share with you my current 3 favourite low calorie snacks. These are all healthy snacks that I eat weekly. I decided to do this video because I have so many people ask me what I eat in a day especially when it comes to snacks and cravings. I consider these my healthy junk food sneaky treats.Ive never been big on candy and I find more processed foods hurt my stomach but I always have a sweet tooth so I took it into my own hands to make these low calorie healthy recipes that definitely help me curb the cravings.

Hey!! I wanted to tell you that in Spain we have a desert that is basically the same as your last recipe and they're called "tortas de aceite". They're really good but they're made with olive oil and usually have anise.

My favourite healthy snack, I take one and a half frozen bananas, preferably ripe, they are sweeter, add about 10 mls or brewed coffee, some vanilla extract, 2 table spoons of unsweatened cocoa powder. And mix in a food processor. BEST THING EVER ! and it's about 180 calories
