3 HEALTHY SNACK IDEAS TO HELP WITH WEIGHTLOSS | RECIPE AND INSTRUCTIONS ON LOW CALORIE TREATS

I am not one of those people who can eat 3 meals a day and nothing more… i have to have my snacks!! I always hit a 2-3pm slump where i’m getting rather peckish, so after some research and trial and error, i finally discovered some delicious recipes that make the perfect, low calorie, guilt free, HEALTHY snacks. In this video i make my peanut butter date bars, which were my first ever recipe and till now they are still my favourite! I also make cinnamon and chocolate buns, which only have 60 calories in each which is absolutely crazy, and finally we have the peanut butter and coconut balls which could easily be devoured in 0.03 seconds if youre not careful 😉

I will post the calorie information below:

Peanut butter date bars: serves 12, each bar contains 113 calories.
Chocolate and cinnamon buns: serves 6, each bun contains 6o calories.
Peanut butter and coconut balls: can make 12 balls, each ball containing 133 calories.

Obviously the calories will differ depending on what ingredients you may choose to switch, add or takeaway!

ps. I am aware that in the coconut ball clip i used 1/2 tablsepoon of honey despite the fact it said 1 tbsp, i do go and add another off camera as i forgot.
