3 Healthy LOW CALORIE desserts| Tasty, easy, high protein *weight loss*


Thank you so much for coming to my channel! Today we will be making healthy, easy high protein, low calorie, desserts. I personally enjoy these dishes a lot and they do just the trick whenever I need to satisfy my sweet tooth. These recipes can all be made in bulk and frozen for 3-4 months for an easy and accessible low cal dessert! I have listed the ingredients + sources i got the recipes from down below. Happy cooking😄

65 calorie brownie

-3/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup of skim milk
-1/2 cup of cocoa powder
-1/2 cup of oats
-1/2 cup of 0 cal sweetener
-1 egg
-1 tsp of baking powder
-1 pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix. Prepare baking dish and cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 9z

(P.s. Pro tip: heat up the 65 cal brownies in the microwave and add two teaspoons of the lite whipped cream😍😍)

Chickpea blondies

-can of chickpeas
-30 grams of protein
-A ripe banana
-1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
-1/4 cup of almond milk
-tsp of baking soda and powder
-pinch of salt
-optional: nuts, craisins

Blend chickpeas in a blender or food processor to make paste. Add mashed banana and after combined, add all other ingredients. Prepare dish and bake at 350 for 13 minutes

Angel food cupcakes

-1 box of angel food cale
-1 container of life cool whip
-fresh strawberries
-cupcake liners

Bake cake as directed on box and pour into liners. Bake and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Add whipped topping and strawberries
