Green Juice Detox Recipe // Juice Cleanse!
I am going to be showing you a healthy green juice recipe that I made myself! I gathered many healthy ingredients to create this juice! This juice can be used for a juice cleanse. A juice cleanse is a detox diet in which you drink this juice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while obtaining the nutrients your body needs from this juice. Some snacks that you can also eat while on this juice cleanse is unsalted/raw nuts, strawberries, etc. You will have weight loss in this juice cleanse and you will notice your body changing physically and mentally. This juice is incredibly good for you and I recommend trying this juice cleanse out if you’re looking to go on a diet.
DISCLAIMER! I am not saying that everyone should be doing this. Not everyone has to go on a diet. I think if you’re looking to eat healthy or go on a diet, you should give this a try.
