What I Eat in a Day | Mostly RAW, Low Fat + CALORIES
I have been eating more raw lately because my body has been craving it and I’ve been feeling really amazing eating this way right now. It is super important to honor & nourish your body.
I have also included a break down (at the end of the video) of my calories for the day using cron-o-meter.com… some things I decided to measure and other things I got lazy and didn’t haha so it is a pretty good rough estimate 🙂 ENJOY
