What I Eat in a Day | 1200 CALORIE DIET (Philippines)

This is what I eat in a day. The 1200 calorie diet is easy and works well for me since I am really petite and I don’t do hardcore physical activities. In this video I show you that you can still eat anything as long as it is balanced and in moderation.
And 1200 calorie diet na talaga yung sustainable diet para saken.
To be honest, nung umpisa nahirapan ako since what i eat in a day before ako magstart ng lose ng weight consists of around 1,800 to 2,000 calories. So nakakabigla.
Kaya sabi ko sa video, yung calories na dapat nyo iconsume to lose or maintain your weight depende sa height, age, current weight and physical activities. Mas effective kung dahan dahan ang pagbawas ng calories hanggang sa makaabot sa 1,200 calories. Pero kung mas matangkad ka kesa saken, baka kailangan mo mas mataas na calories.

Kung nasanay ka magconsume ng say around 2,000 calories, malamang mabibitin ka sa 1200 calorie diet and you’ll crave for more food. I suggest you work your way out slowly by consuming lesser and lesser calories each week. That way hindi ka mabibigla.
Healthy weight loss na pang matagalan is 1 to 2 lbs per week.
