PROTEIN PACKED VEGAN MEAL, LESS THAN 500 CALORIES!

First of all, im not a vegan, BUT I eat a lot of vegan meals. Soy is not something you should eat every day but you can easily have tofu or soybeans every now and then, just make sure they’re non GMO and organic.

Ingredients (2 persons):
65g Wheat Berries
150g Green Soy Beans
40g Kale
20g Sprouts
15g Balsamico
20g Pesto
290g Tofu

*Put 2dl of water in a saucepan and wait for the water to boil. Add 1dl (about 65g) of wheat berries (or rice if you like that better), cook until the water is gone. Don’t forget to add some salt! 🙂
*Chop the kale into medium/small pieces and let it soak in balsamico. Put the bowl on the side while you’re preparing the rest of the dish.
*Mix the wheat berries once done with the pesto.
*Fry the tofu slices 1 minute per side in a medium heat pan.
*Put the soybeans and sprouts with the kale and DONE!
