In this video we are going to be seeing the recipes of Chappathi, Lauki and channa dhal Sabji and Arakeerai poriyal with little rice and curd.The total calorie count of this meal is about 500 calories and And it is quite easy to make and tasty to eat.This simple lauki ki sabzi is quite filling and it really helps in weight loss.
