Flavours of your choice AKA:
vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder, tumeric vanilla, acai, strawberry, peanut butter, black tahini, omg the options are endless!!

Pancakes
1 med banan
1 c oats
1 scoop protein ( I use VEGA SPORT PERFORMANCE VANILLA)
1 tsp BP
1 c almond milk or soy milk (more protons yo)
1tbsp coconut sugar
