Entire Recipe

Ingredients:

⅛ Salt
2 tbsp Honey
⅛ Baking Soda
⅛ Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Egg Substitutes
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
6 packets of Splenda or Sweetener
3 tbsp Butter Spray or Preferred Butter source
2 Cups of Regular Oats (Not Instant or Quick)

Optional: Peanut Butter and/or Chocolate Chips (not included in nutritional value)

Parchment Paper
Small Baking Pan

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl EXCEPT Oats and mix
*Tip: Add MORE honey if you would like your granola bars to be chewier
3. Stir in 1 cup of oats at a time and Mix
4. Line baking pan with parchment paper and add granola mix
5. Press the mix into the pan and smooth it out
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes
*Tip: If you would like them softer cook for about 20 minutes
7. Cut and Serve. Enjoy!
