  • What's your favorite spice combo when you're in the kitchen? Let everybody know! 👇👇 (Also, all 3 spice blends are listed in the description for those of you wanting to try them. 😃)

  • These are the vids that are very helpful to me – thanks for providing.

  • Thanks for the reminder about cumin and fennel – I grind the seeds in my coffee grinder but haven't had them for a while for some reason xx

  • I am all over these. Thanks.

  • I'm kind of lazy when it comes to daily cooking and tend to use a lot of Kirkland Organic No Salt Seasoning. Its got a mix of 21 different spices and dehydrated vegetables. I usually throw a health handful into the InstaPot when making rice or quinoa. I also like "Slap Ya Mama" Cajun Seasoning. For a little spice at the table I use Penzy Black & Red pepper mix. I make all my own BBQ rubs but that's for another time.

    Great video.

When are you going to have the local Meetup that we talked about. I had a total knee replacement earlier this summer and am looking forward to walks this fall.

  • Great content as usual! A favorite combo I use in almost every meal is Turmeric and Black Pepper. Along with a generous amount of Franks Red Hot. 🙂

Turmeric is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial but the low bioavailability of curcumin in it makes it a poor solo performer. However, combined with black pepper which offers its own set of benefits, turmeric works magic. Together, the black pepper-turmeric combo relieves pain, suppresses inflammation, and helps lose weight. It is also has been proven to prevent cancer.

  • My favorite go-to blends: 1)curry powder, ground cumin, coriander, tumeric, ginger, onion and garlic, a little garam masala for a kick. Fresh ginger, onion and garlic make it really aromatic. I add this to soups, stews, vegetables, roasted vegetables, curries. 2) green or red Thai curry paste and coconut milk. This combo makes the easiest Thai curry. 3) fresh ginger, onion (green or regular), garlic. This is the basis of tons of Asian dishes for me.

  • Thank you 👍

I really don't have a blend but I will try yours. I use a lot of rosemary, sage, oregano, garlic, and onion powder,.
