Low Carb Pork Bacon Cabbage Stir fry

Low carb pork bacon cabbage stir fry
1 pound pork, sliced thin…add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp granulated garlic…….set aside….
Cut up 1 pound of bacon into small pieces, fry until cooked, remove bacon, save bacon grease….
Cut up: ½ head cabbage, sliced thin, ½ onion chopped, 1 red pepper, sliced, 1 green pepper, sliced, 3-4 mushrooms, sliced, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 ½ cup chopped raw broccoli
Put cut up veggies in hot bacon grease, stir constantly until cabbage shrinks and veggies are al dente. Add chopped up cooked bacon to mixture, stir and then put into large bowl. Take fry pan, add some oil, get hot, put in the sliced pork…cook quickly……add the veggie/bacon mixture to the fried pork……add about 1/8 -1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar (to your taste)…add salt and pepper…..enjoy !!!
