Caramelised pork mince
I love making this caramelised pork mince. Perfect for a Friday night treat with rice noodles and a pickled salad. It’s deliciously sweet with honey and addictive with the salty fish sauce. I’ve been inspired by Vietnamese cuisine for a long time and this resembles a dish I used to regularly eat when we went out for dinner in London. I’ve used low fat pork mince, keeping this on the healthier side.
