Here is a healthy, easy and yummy lemon garlic and herb baked fish recipe for all you fish lovers. This lemon garlic baked is a healthy easy baked fish recipe for weight loss. This is also included in my full week 900 calorie meal plan video. Below is the ingredient list for this easy, healthy and yummy lemon garlic baked fish recipe:
1. Fish Fillets- Any fish of your choice; I’ve used cream snapper in this video
2. Minced Garlic- 4-5 cloves
3. Lemon Juice- 1 Tbsp
4. Dried Herbs of your choice
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Olive oil- 1/2 tbsp

Coat the fillets nicely with all the ingredients. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 mins or until properly cooked. Drizzle remaining liquid in the baking dish over the cooked fish fillets for extra flavor.
