Ingredients and measurements:

Ham, Egg and Cheese
132g Liquid Egg Whites
2 Slices of Nature’s Own 40cal bread
2 Slices of Cheese (Velveeta)
2 Slices of Ham (Great Value)

Cauliflower Pizza
2 cups/650g Chopped Cauliflower
1 cup of Shredded Cheese (Fat Free)
2 Eggs
160g Pizza Sauce
2 Slices of Ham (Great Value)

Blueberry Ice Cream
25g/1 scoop Protein Powder
12g Powdered Peanut Butter
80mill Unsweetened Almond Milk
140g Blueberries
