RECIPES:

STOVETOP GRANOLA
– 3 cups rolled oats
– 1 tbsp oil of choice
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– as much cinnamon as your heart desires
Optional Add-Ons
– nuts
– dried fruit
– chocolate chips
– flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds
– maple syrup, honey, agave, any sweetener of choice
– shredded coconut flakes

BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

I doubled the recipe and grounded my oats into flour because I used rolled instead of quick oats

FROZEN PB CUPS
– 1/2 pint PB flavor Halo Top
– 2/3 cups dark chocolate chips
– 4 tbsp coconut oil
