Michelle Bridges Healthy Snack, Raspberry Protein Truffles Recipe –

Check out my red balls! These are great to keep in a zip lock bag in the fridge as low calorie healthy afternoon snack.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of MB Vanilla Protein Powder by Blackmores
Teaspoon of agave nectar or honey
1/3 cup ground hazlenut meal
zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of almond milk
freeze-dried raspberries to roll the protein balls in.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for about 30 seconds until they have combined. Add more milk if needed. Roll into balls and roll in the freeze dried raspberries.
