I adapted this recipe from Karissa’s Vegan Kitchen. The recipe was obviously, originally vegan but I used some non-vegan products as that is what I had in my kitchen. In the video, I show you how to easily make my version vegan. The original recipe is linked below. I wouldn’t say these are as good as the Better Bites cake balls, but for being so simple and macro friendly they are a good substitute.

Ingredients:
½ c Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Protein Powder (I Used Unflavored)
½ c Milk
¼ c Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
¼ c Chocolate Chips + 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted Together)
¼ c Chocolate Chips (Optional Add In)
1 tsp Salt (Optional Add In)

Coating:
½ c Chocolate Chips + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted Together)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients for the cake part and then roll into balls (should be about 1tbsp of the mix each).
Place balls on parchment/wax paper.
Let refrigerate for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, place one ball at a time in the chocolate coating mix. Thoroughly coat and then place back on parchment/wax paper.
Place back in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Ready to eat!
