HCLF vegan breakfast smoothie – bananas and oats – 1400 calories

1,400 high carb low fat vegan calories for breakfast. This is my banana and oat smoothie recipe that powers me through until lunch. Included are 8 bananas and 2 cups of oats.

This smoothie is incredibly high in carbohydrate and has a decent amount of protein. I know protein consumption is a big deal for a lot of you guys out there, so you can sleep easy, I’m not protein deficient after slamming back this beast.

This smoothie roughly follows the 801010 diet and for anyone trying to hit the 30 bananas a day mark it helps with that too!
