Basic Chicken Curry | Indian Chicken Curry | Keto Recipes | Low Carb
Even though I call this a basic chicken curry, the flavours are bang on and hits the right chords. It is creamy, tangy and it has a deep flavour. Make sure you fry the onions really well. 500 gm Chicken thighs and legs boneless
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Green Chili Paste
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Ghee
2 Cloves
4 Black Pepper
2 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
1/2 in. Cinnamon
2 Dry Red Chillies
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
2 Tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Tomato Puree
3/4 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kasturi Methi
1 Tbsp Butter
