Thick, juicy keto pork chops, smothered in buttery mushrooms and onions. Yes, this pork chop recipe delivers all the goodness you thought you’d have to give up on a “diet”.  This 40-minute recipe takes a bit more time if you prefer a thick gravy.  A cheater method (or smart) is to thicken it a bit with xantham gum if you are in a hurry.

1 1/2 lbs Pork Chops, bone in
8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1 c Onions, sliced
3 tbsp Butter or Ghee
2 c Beef Broth
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley for garnish
1 tsp Xanthan Gum to thicken if needed (flour substitute)
