Oats and apple smoothie Recipe | How to make Healthy sugar free Oatmeal smoothie for weight Loss
Ingredients to make breakfast oats Apple smoothie for weight loss:-
2 medium red apple
1 Cup homemade coconut milk
3/4 cup roasted quick oats
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Water if required
2-3 drops vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Method to make oats Apple smoothie to lose weight:-
In a grinder add chopped apple, dates, Almonds & pumpkin seeds ….grind the mixture to a smooth paste.
In a blender add roasted Oats, cinnamon, flax seeds powder, coconut milk, Chia seeds, vanilla extract and grinded apple mixture
Blend the mixture to a smooth consistency
If required add some ice cubes or water to get a smooth Creamy texture.
