LOW FAT VEGAN CHEESECAKE // NO BAKE + NUT FREE

For the cheesecake flling:
2 tbsp cacao powder (Mix with some water to make it a syrup)
1 cup chocolate chips or if you are not going to melt them like me 1 cup cacao nibs
16 oz firm tofu
3 tbs vegan milk
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup

For the crust:
2 cups medjool dates
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
