Ingredients for Chicken Curry:
1 tsp – Oil
1 Cup – Water
Ingredients for marination:-
2 ½ tsp – Ginger- garlic paste
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp – Red chili powder
1 tsp – Cumin powder
½ – 1 tsp – Garam masala
1 tsp – Kasoori Methi
2 ½ tsp – Curd
1 tsp – Salt
1 ½ Cup – Chicken (Chopped)
Ingredients for the paste:
1 Onion (Roughly Chopped)
1 Tomato (Roughly Chopped)
Ingredients for the Omelette:
1 – Green Chili
Method for curry:
Take a non-stick pan, add oil, marinated chicken and cook it on high flame for 10 minutes till it dries.
Add paste to the chicken and mix them well.
Add water and mix it again.
Cover it with a lid and cook it for 20 minutes.
Method for marination:-
In a bowl add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kasoori methi. Mix them well.
Add curd and mix it again.
Add salt and chicken. Mix them well.
Keep it aside to marinate for an hour.
Method for the Paste:
Pressure cook tomato, onion and cashew for 4-5 whistles and make a smooth paste of it.
Method for the Omelette:
In a bowl add eggs, green chili, pepper powder and salt.
Whisk it nicely.
In a nonstick pan add some oil and brush it on the pan.
Add the batter and flip the omelet once it’s cooked on one side.
Take out the Omelette on the plate once it’s done.
Roll the omelet and make small pieces of it.
