THREE INGREDIENTS! HCLF ENERGY BALLS!!! Gluten Free, Vegan, Low Fat
Three Ingredients Energy Balls filled with dates, oats and cacao
Easy, Simple and Delicious, will definitely have you buzzing. Recipe is for one serving, triple it to share if you wanna!
Recipe:
1 cup of oats
5 Medjool Dates
2tbsp cocoa/ raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon water
– Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them
– blend oats into a powder whilst they soak
– Remove the pits from the dates and blend into a paste
– add oats and cocoa and blend into a paste like consistency
– add 1 tablespoon of water
– roll into balls, chill in the fridge and enjoy!
