CHICKEN VEGGIE WRAP
– Spinach Mission wrap
– Tyson Frozen Grilled Chicken
– Spinach
– Shredded Carrots
– Sabra Hummus ( my fave)
– tomatoes
– avocados

TERIYAKI SAUCE
– 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
– 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 tsp of honey or raw cane sugar

TUNA “FRIED” RICE
– 1/4 cup jasmine rice or any grain of your choice
– 1 can tuna in water
– 1/4 cup shredded carrots
– 1/4 cup corn
– 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

VEGGIE SANDWHICH
– same as wrap except use rye bread or any bread of your choice

PESTO SAUCE
– 1 cup spinach
– 1/4 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 2 tbsp nutritional yeast or 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
– 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
– 1 tbsp avocado oil
– salt and pepper to taste
