Ham & Cheese Egg Cups | Quick & Easy Keto Meal Prep

Ham & Cheese Egg Cups Recipe:

– Sliced Lunch Meat
– Shredded Cheese
– 10 Large Eggs
– Sliced Green Onions
– Salt and Pepper
-Muffin tin

1) Preheat to 350
2) Spray Muffin tin with nonstick spray
3) Place lunchmeat in holes of muffin tin to make cup shape
4) Add cheese to lunchmeat “cup”
5) In a bowl, wisk 10 eggs together
6) Add in sliced green onions, salt and pepper
7) Add egg mixture to lunchmeat cups
8) Bake at 350 for 20-30 min or until cooked through
