Vegan Weight Loss | Dinner under 400 Calories

We’re all conscious from time to time about how much food we’re eating, and how many calories we’re consuming. In this video I make an absolutely delicious and insanely flavorful Buddha Bowl with Tahini dressing. Each ingredient in this dish is flavored with a different spice. This 350 meal is great for intermittent fasting days!
