Low Fat Vegan No Oil Potato & Bean Night Dinner 3 Different Ways

Like I mentioned in my video everyone in my family loves potato night dinner. This is a dinner that I know for sure everyone is happy. We all like our potatoes different and I have found a way to please everyone and bake everything together at the same time! Wining!!
I baked everything at 400 degrees. The sweet potatoes took longer than usual because they were big. They usually take 60 min. This time they took a good hour and a half to bake. My chippies and the small squash took 1 hour and 10 min.

Ingredients:
Potatoes. I sometimes use russets but this is what my organic potato supplier had.
1 t smoked sweet paprika
1/4 t garlic & onion powder
1/4 t Mrs. Dash original seasoning (salt free)
1 juice from 1 lemon
1 Can Eden Organic Chili Beans with Jalapeno
1 Can Eden Organic Baked Beans with Sorghum
