Juicing Q&A: How to make low sugar juices

How do you make low sugar juices?
I get a lot of questions on the sugar in juices. While fruit sugar isn’t the same as white cane sugar, I understand wanting to reduce your consumption. It doesn’t mean you have to forgo your juices, just tweak them.

If you’re concerned with sugar in your juices, here’s some tips on how to make your own juices that aren’t using much fruit.

:: Coconut water
:: Limes
:: 2 veg to one fruit (low glycemic fruits)

Some lower glycemic fruits that are good for juicing are: apples, pears, grapefruits and berries

1 cucumber, 2 celery stalks, 1 lime and 1/2 an apple
