47 calorie chocolate cake

This is not a tiny portion size trick. This entire cake really only has 47 calories. The magic ingredient? Oat fiber! It creates bulk but adds zero calories.

Recipe:
-1 tbsp flour
-2 tbsp oat fiber
-1 tbsp cocoa
-1 tbsp splenda (or equivalent sweetener of choice)
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-salt
-water

Mix everything together to make a thick batter (mine is too wet. Don’t do what I did), steam for 10 minutes, rest for 10 minutes.

Enjoying a filling and satisfying portion of chocolate cake for less than 50 calories!
