On today’s VLOG I head back up to Falls Creek for a snowboard and hit a shoulder workout in their average gym whilst getting mildly interrupted mid set. Fast forward two days and I reveal how I make my favourite low calorie /low sugar beef teriyaki. Recipe Below
Ingredients for the sauce: Soy Sauce, Mirin, Stevia, Sesame Seeds, Water.
Vegetables: Onion, Spring onion, peas, beans, broccoli, mushrooms.
Cook onions and beef mince in the sauce. Add steamed vegetables and remaining sauce. Cook Down and serve with egg rice! Enjoy
